Do we need a big tech team or technical knowledge to use what you build?
No. We build everything so your existing marketing team can operate it. You don't need engineers or developers. If your team can use Klaviyo or a Google Doc, they can use what we build. We also train them during the handoff so no one's left guessing.
How long does the implementation take?
Fast. Most brands have their AI system up and running within 2 to 3 weeks. We audit your data, build the workflows, and train your team – all within that window. No drawn-out projects, no endless back and forth.
What data do we need to have ready before we start?
Most DTC brands already have more than enough – customer reviews, past emails, ad copy, and basic analytics are all we need to get started. And if you're missing anything, we'll help you set up the right data collection as part of the process. You won't be blocked by this.
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on the scope – whether we're building for ads, email, CRO, or all three. We'll scope it out on the discovery call and give you a clear number. What we can say is it's a one-time investment, not an ongoing retainer, and most clients recoup it within the first month of using the system.
Do we still need you after the build, or can our team run it alone?
Your team can run it alone – that's the whole point. We build it so you're not dependent on us. That said, as AI evolves and your brand scales, some clients bring us back to add new workflows or refine existing ones. That's optional, never required.
Will the AI actually sound like our brand, or will it be generic?
It'll sound like your brand. We train the models on your actual customer language, your past copy, and your brand guidelines. Generic AI output happens when you feed it nothing. We feed it everything – and the difference is obvious.
